What is included?
Each product is a cushion cover only. An insert is not included. Check the selected dimensions on the product page.
What are the covers made of?
Our collection is designed in 100% polyester velvet, in Forest Green, with hidden zipper closures. Designs range from plain velvet to piping, pleats, quilting and fringe.
How should I care for my cover?
Follow the care instructions on the individual product page. Plain and tailored covers have gentle hand-washing guidance; decorative quilted, pleated and fringed styles have spot-cleaning guidance.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
Free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO and PO Boxes are not supported.
How long does delivery take?
Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total delivery time: 4–6 business days, not a delivery guarantee. The order cut-off is 07:00 PM, GMT−06:00, fixed Central Standard Time (Chicago), year-round; it does not change for daylight saving time. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Can I return a cover?
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason before returning anything. We cover return shipping for our error, damage, defects or incorrect items; change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. No restocking fee applies.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact [email protected] with your order number and the issue. We may ask for photographs. Ordinary unused and original-packaging conditions do not prevent a claim for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
When will an approved refund arrive?
An approved refund is automatically returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
Can I cancel or exchange?
Contact our team so we can review the request based on processing status and circumstances. An unconditional cancellation or direct exchange is not promised.
What currency and tax amount are shown?
Prices are in USD. Checkout shows tax as $0 under the current pricing configuration; this is not a statement of legal tax exemption.
